1.Equipment introduction

Automatic Washing Glass Washing and Drying Machine used for cleaning and drying the upper and lower surfaces of ordinary plate glass and high quality low-e glass,it is composed of incoming segment, cleaning air-drying segment and out goingsegment.

 The material in the washing and drying section all made by stainless steel.
In the Glass washing machine ,there three pairs soft brushes all can wash low-e glass, four pairs of water spray.
The air knife is float design , it always keep the right and suitable distance between the glass and air knife in the press and design section
The main power consumption is mostly appear in the washing and drying section of the IG line.
The transfer wheel in the washing and drying section : The front and back transfer wheel are all moved, all actively transfered. No mater the glass size is big or small , it all guarantee the glass pass through smoothly
The axle and bearing of brushes are stainless steel , that all keep the machine can washing well and live for a long time.
The who drying machine use the sound insulation design.can reduce the noise.
►Using Europe's advanced anti-noise system to create a good working environment for employees.The noise can be controlled below 90 decibels by using nylon gear and sponges.
